Guidelines from the organizers

AICD Virtual #06 — AI & Cybersecurity is one online night: Tuesday 12 January 2027, from 20:00 to 02:00 Paris time, live on Microsoft Teams.

What we are looking for: Use AI to defend, and defend your AI: AI in the SOC and threat detection, plus securing agents, models and data. Talks we would love to see: “AI in the SOC: triage, investigation and response with AI assistants” and “Detecting and stopping prompt injection in agents”. Practical talks, demos and lessons learned win over product pitches.

Audience: CISOs, security engineers and analysts, SOC teams, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview admins, developers building AI apps.

Slots. Speakers are placed by region, so everyone speaks in their own daytime or evening:
• 20:00–22:00 Paris: Europe, Africa, Middle East
• 22:00–00:00 Paris: US East Coast, Brazil
• 00:00–02:00 Paris: US West Coast, Asia-Pacific
If no live slot suits you (India, for example), choose the pre-recorded format: you send your recording and answer questions live during the night.

Format. 30 minutes per talk, questions included. Talks are in English; French is welcome in the 20:00–22:00 block.

Dates. The call closes on Sunday 29 November 2026 at 23:59 Paris time. We inform speakers within 10 days of the close; accepted speakers then confirm within 5 days. Accepted speakers join a 30-minute briefing on Teams in the week before the night and send their slides and a backup recording 2 days before it.

Product names are welcome in your title and abstract when your talk is about that product. This is a community event: no sales pitches.

What speakers get

A global online audience, the replay of your session, and promotion on the AI Community Days channels before the night.

Good to know

  • You can edit or withdraw a proposal until the call closes. Each speaker can send up to 2 proposals.

  • Speaking with someone? Invite up to 2 co-speakers to your talk once it is saved.

How review works

From your proposal to the stage

  1. Step 1: Send your proposal

A title, an abstract and the format you have in mind. You get a receipt by email, and you can edit it until the call closes.

  2. Step 2: The local team reviews

The event’s organizers read and score every proposal against the same criteria.

  3. Step 3: You hear back

Decisions go out by email to every speaker, accepted or not. Your space on the site shows where each proposal stands.

  4. Step 4: Take the stage

Accepted? Confirm within 5 days and your talk goes on the event page, with your speaker profile.

Submit a talk

Before 29 November 2026 at 23:59, Paris time (GMT+1).
