Calls for speakers

Share what you know. Take the stage.

Every AI Community Day is built around talks from its own community. Pick a city, send a proposal, and hear back from its local organizers.

How it works

What happens after you submit

Calls run on AI Community Days follow the same path, from your proposal to the stage. Calls on Sessionize are run there by each event's organizers.

  1. Step 1: Send your proposal

A title, an abstract and the format you have in mind. You get a receipt by email, and you can edit it until the call closes.

  2. Step 2: The local team reviews

The event’s organizers read and score every proposal against the same criteria.

  3. Step 3: You hear back

Decisions go out by email to every speaker, accepted or not. Your space on the site shows where each proposal stands.

  4. Step 4: Take the stage

Accepted? Confirm that you will speak and your talk goes on the event page, with your speaker profile.

Speak often? Keep one profile and a library of talks, and send them to any open call.
