About these terms

These terms apply to aicommunitydays.ai and to the AI Community Days programme, operated by MCEXPERT SRL (Belgium). By creating an account, registering for an event or using the site you accept them.

Events

  • Each city event is run by its local organizers, who are responsible for the venue, the programme and the event on the day.
  • Dates, speakers and agendas can change. We will tell registered attendees about significant changes.
  • Everyone taking part follows our Code of Conduct. Organizers may refuse or remove anyone who does not.
  • Events may be photographed or filmed for community and promotional use. Tell the organizers on the day if you prefer not to appear.

Tickets

Each event sets its own ticket conditions. For paid tickets, the price, refund and transfer conditions shown at purchase apply. Tickets that cost nothing can be cancelled at any time from your account; please do so if you cannot come, so someone else can take your place.

Certificates

Certificates of participation record that you took part in an event. They are not a regulated qualification and confer no accredited status. A certificate issued in error can be revoked; its verification page then says so.

Expressing interest in a future city

Registering interest to attend, speak, sponsor or co-organize in a planned city is not a commitment on either side. It does not guarantee that the event will take place, a speaking slot, a sponsorship or an organizer role.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Content you submit (session proposals, profiles, messages) must be yours to share and must not break the law or anyone's rights. You allow us to display it on the site and use it to promote the events it relates to.

Brand

The AI Community Days name and logo belong to MCEXPERT SRL. Organizers use them under the organizer guidelines; nobody else may use them without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for events run by local organizers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
