AI Doesn’t Care. And That’s Why We Must.

AI is fast, accurate, and relentless — but it has no values, no intent, and no understanding of meaning. This keynote challenges organisations to stop fearing AI and start owning it, showing how small, human-led changes create outsized impact when technology is used deliberately rather than blindly.

From Prompt to Production: Building Your Autonomous AI Agent with Azure

Are you tired of test automation that breaks every time a developer changes a button ID? For years, we've built armies of "dumb robots", brittle scripts that are fast but blind, requiring constant maintenance and failing on the smallest, most insignificant UI change. They can follow a path, but they have zero understanding of the business rules they are meant to enforce. What if we could build something better? What if your AI test agent could read the project requirements, the policy documents, and the user acceptance criteria... and then decide for itself what to test? Welcome to the next revolution in software testing. In this session, we're building a truly autonomous agent that moves beyond just following orders to understanding intent. Using the full power of the Microsoft Azure stack, we'll give our agent the ability to "think" and a long-term "memory". We will implement the crucial Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pattern, transforming your scattered internal documents into a centralized, queryable knowledge base. Join us for a live, code-first demonstration where you will see this agent: Learn: Ingest a real-world policy document and understand its specific business rules, such as spending limits and eligibility criteria. Strategize: Autonomously devise a multi-step test plan designed to validate those rules, including positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios. Act: Execute the generated plan using .NET and Playwright, taking control of a live web application to hunt for bugs. Discover: Successfully identify a critical business logic bug that traditional, "blind" automation would have completely missed. This isn't just another talk about the "what-ifs" of AI. This is a practical, hands-on blueprint for the future of automation testing. We'll cover the crucial "last mile" with a production-readiness checklist. You will leave not just with inspiration, but with a GitHub repository containing the complete solution and a new mental model for building intelligent systems that can reason, act, and add real value to your development lifecycle.

From Files to Intelligence: Designing the Knowledge Layer for AI Agents

AI agents depend on a well‑structured knowledge layer and building it takes more than theory. This session dives into the technical foundations that make enterprise content usable for AI‑driven experiences. We’ll examine how knowledge is stored and accessed across SharePoint sites, OneDrive, and SharePoint Embedded containers, and what that means for authentication, permissions, compliance, performance, and scale. You’ll learn practical patterns for content structuring, metadata design, and retrieval optimization. We’ll also cover best practices for integrating these sources into Copilot Studio, including how agents ground answers, respect security trimming, and orchestrate workflows. Through demos, we’ll showcase SharePoint Embedded containers in real implementations and highlight tuning and governance strategies you can apply immediately. Who should attend: Developers, architects, and ISVs building secure, scalable AI‑native solutions with Microsoft 365 content services.
