AI as a Co-Pilot in Healthcare: How LLMs Are Transforming Care

AI in healthcare is shifting from the question of “can it work?” to “will it be correct?”. This session explores designing LLM-based systems as AI co-pilots rather than replacements, with a focus on reliability, human-in-the-loop controls, and compliance-first architectures. Drawing from real-world production experience, the talk covers prompt pipelines, orchestration patterns, latency and cost trade-offs, and strategies to detect and handle hallucinations. Attendees will learn practical techniques to build agentic AI workflows that remain accurate, trustworthy, and useful in high-stakes environments, even when models fail.

  • 10:10 AM to 10:55 AMOnline

AI Agent Skills and MCP: Better Together

This talk explores how combining AI Agent Skills with MCP can improve AI workflows. While MCP is often used on its own and may not always produce the desired output, AI Agent Skills can help orchestrate MCP more effectively to achieve better results. The session will also cover how to build your first skill using Claude’s skill creator.

AI Is Easy - until you add people: Inside the Chaos of Implementing AI

AI promised us a better world. Smarter Decisions, Real-Time Optimizations, Predicitive Capabilities and endless new business cases. Everything is supposed to be become better, faster and great. And then you actually try to make it happen. Suddenly it turns out that AI isn't the hard part, but everything else is. Legacy systems that refuse to cooperate, political trench warfare over ownership and prestige, a middle-management who don't trust "some algorithm" and an executive management that lacks basic understanding of AI while micromanaging every single aspect of it. This is the real-life inside story of introducing AI in a multi-million dollar project with a global manufacturer, a project I led from start to finish. Our goal was ambitious and the potential was huge, but reality had other plans. In this session I'll walk you through what actually happened from the unexpected resistance over the messy pivots to the moments that nearly killed the project. And I will gove you the insights you will need for your AI project to become a success. Because the biggest obstacle often is not technology or business cases. It is us humans.

From Prompt to Production: How AI is Transforming DevOps

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way developers build applications. But how does it fit into the full software delivery lifecycle, from idea to production? In this session, we will explore how GitHub Copilot accelerates development from a simple prompt, and how Azure DevOps enables automated build and deployment processes. Through a live demo based on a real-world application, we will start from a simple idea, implement a small feature using AI assistance, and deliver it to production in minutes. This practical approach will demonstrate how AI and DevOps work together to streamline and accelerate modern software development.

AI Agents in a Secure Environment: Automating Healthcare with Docker and Azure

This session examines a real-life healthcare use case that involves an AI-powered assistant designed to automate patient appointment scheduling and prepare consultation files in advance of patient visits. You will learn how MCP securely integrates AI with clinical systems, how Docker Sandbox executes tasks safely in isolated environments, and how Azure orchestrates the entire workflow. Join us to discover how AI agents can reduce administrative burdens, speed up care delivery, and enhance the patient experience, all while maintaining the necessary human oversight.

From Content to Intelligence: Building the Knowledge Layer That Powers AI Agents

AI agents are only as effective as the knowledge layer that supports them and building that layer requires more than theory. In this session, we dive into the technical foundations that make enterprise content usable for AI‑driven experiences. You’ll explore how knowledge is stored, structured, and accessed across SharePoint sites, OneDrive, and SharePoint Embedded containers, and what those choices mean for authentication, permissions, compliance, performance, and scale. We’ll walk through practical patterns for content modeling, metadata design, and retrieval optimization that improve grounding quality and response relevance. You’ll also learn how these content sources integrate with Copilot Studio, including how agents ground answers, respect security trimming, and orchestrate workflows across Microsoft 365 services. Through live demos, we’ll showcase SharePoint Embedded containers in real-world implementations and highlight tuning, governance, and operational strategies you can apply immediately when building secure, scalable AI‑native solutions. Who should attend: Developers, solution architects, and ISVs designing AI agents and copilots on top of Microsoft 365 content services.

The Future of Design in a World with Fewer Interfaces

[EN] For the past twenty years, digital design has evolved through platform expansion desktop, mobile, tablet, wearables, voice, and immersive environments. Each new interface demanded new systems, patterns, and design strategies. This presentation argues that the next major shift will not be further proliferation, but consolidation. As AI agents and cross-context ecosystems mature, interaction is increasingly mediated through fewer, more unified interfaces. The visible layer of apps and screens may compress into intelligent systems that orchestrate services across devices. The main theme of this talk is the transition from platform-centered design to system-centered design.
