Anshul Goel

Anshul Goel leads the architecture behind how a roughly $55 billion go-to-market organization keeps its systems in sync. As Senior Engineering Leader, GTM Integration & Provisioning at Cisco, he heads a 43-person organization building the Integration Service Layer (ISL) behind the One Cisco CRM initiative, a phased global rollout unifying sales, quoting, and provisioning systems across the company. He has spent more than 15 years untangling the CRM, CPQ, and ERP sprawl that piles up after mergers, acquisitions, and years of platform-by-platform growth, turning fragmented go-to-market stacks into unified systems that finance, sales, and service teams can actually trust.

Earlier at Cisco, he led the integration of Meraki's operations into Cisco's core commercial systems, a program that helped support $5 billion in annual revenue and gave the sales organization full visibility into a $15 billion pipeline. He also enabled forecasting, license management, and sales compensation for 1,000 sellers, and architected the recurring-revenue billing and subscription infrastructure behind more than $50 million in new annual recurring revenue. Before that, at Varian, he directed a Quote-to-Cash transformation, migrating from Oracle CPQ to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, that modernized order management for $2 billion in orders while unifying the platform experience across the sales organization.

Anshul writes and speaks about federated data architecture, including supergraph patterns and hub-and-spoke synchronization, as practical approaches for keeping multiple customer platforms coherent during years-long transformations, rather than pretending a single clean cutover is realistic. At Dreamforce 2025, his session was ranked the #1 MuleSoft session at the conference. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from MMU University and carries numerous Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, and integration-architecture certifications.
