Sai Yaswanth

Hi, I’m Sai Yaswanth. I’m an architect turned product builder working at the intersection of AI, design, and growth.

Right now, I’m building two platforms to solve real problems in real estate and construction:

NiyamX:- An AI platform that helps architects and builders instantly check building bylaws, Vastu, and construction cost estimates from their floor plans in minutes instead of weeks. Mellite.app:- A smart real estate platform that personalizes property discovery, helping people find and customize spaces that match their lifestyle.

Before this, I was a founding team member at Outskill, an AI education initiative built by the team behind GrowthSchool. My work was all about taking ideas from concept to launch—driving growth strategy, rolling out new initiatives, and helping professionals adopt AI in their daily workflows.

Having started out in architecture, I’ve always been fascinated by how design and technology come together. Today, I care deeply about practical AI: how small teams and founders can use simple, powerful tools to build faster and solve meaningful problems.
